Croft & Bender Serves as Financial Advisor to Aqua Smart in its Sale to Colonial Group

Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that its client, Aqua Smart, Inc. ("Aqua Smart" or the "Company"), has completed its sale to Colonial Group, Inc. ("Colonial").

Founded in 1993, Aqua Smart is a leading producer of treatment chemicals for the drinking water market, offering a differentiated technology that helps municipalities and private water companies address mission critical challenges and deliver safe, clean drinking water to end users worldwide. Aqua Smart's proprietary offering, SeaQuest™, enables municipalities and other water infrastructure customers to control corrosion, eliminate color and scale, meet government-mandated water quality requirements and extend the useful lives of their infrastructure.
