City of Menifee’s Park After Dark Series to Keep the Good Times Rolling this Summer

The City of Menifee is excited to get the summer fun started with the "Park After Dark" series, which includes Movies in the Park, Menifee Moonlight Markets, and Family Camp Out. These events will take place at various parks throughout the city this summer.

• Movies in the Park - Movies in the Park start at 7 p.m. and are free to all ages. Fun activities and competitions will take place before each movie! Bring a picnic dinner and snacks and enjoy popular new flicks under the stars! The community will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite movie and voting will close one week before each event. To vote for the movie, please visit www.cityofmenfiee.us/specialevents. • Menifee Moonlight Markets - Bring your friends and family for a free, fun Friday night filled with family activities, themed nights, costume contests, vendors, a movie, and so much more! All of the Moonlight Markets will be located at Central Park (30268 Civic Plaza Dr.) and start at 6:30 p.m. Movies will begin at sunset. Upcoming dates are listed below:

  • Friday, July 29
• Family Camp Out - Residents are invited to enjoy a fun overnight camping experience at Lazy Creek Park (26480 Lazy Creek Rd.) on Friday, July 8 starting at 3 p.m. The whole family can enjoy activities & games, crafts, nighttime campfire with s'mores, dinner, and breakfast. Space is limited and tickets are required for participants ages 3 and up. The cost is $15 per resident and $18 for non-residents. Register at www.cityofmenifee.us/register.
