The motorized rifle formation of the SMD started the field gathering for snipers in Volgograd region

The field gathering for snipers started in the motorized rifle formation of the Southern Military District (SMD) in Volgograd region.

The gathering involves 50 servicemen, among whom are recently appointed and experienced officers.

The servicemen will practice hitting the targets from different positions, will hit the target without preparation, will use improvised means to disguise the firing position including on the terrain without natural covers.

During training snipers will improve their skills on equipment of the firing position, cross-country hidden movement, long range and wind corrected fire and also will train the actions in case of sudden encounter.
