On 15 February 2021 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, the Division of Concentrations, (hereafter 'the Office') on the basis of Article 32 Paragraph 2 Letter c) of the Act on Protection of Competition stopped an administrative proceeding, which it had initiated on 22 January 2021 in the matter of a merger grounded in the acquisition of a joint control by the undertaking FARMA INVEST, s. r. o., Bratislava and the undertaking KRATKY GLOBAL: Private Equity, a.s., Košice over the undertaking Slovenské farmárske, a.s., Košice.
The Office stopped the administrative proceeding in question, because the reason for the proceeding had not been provided with regard to not having met turnover criteria for the assessment of merger.
The decision came into force on 3 March 2021.
