BHS ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL VACCINE DATES

Governor Tony Evers, with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), has announced that everyone age 16 and over will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine starting April 5, 2021. BHS currently provides Moderna, which is for individuals age 18 years and older.

Please be aware the vaccine will be provided by appointment only. The vaccine is being administered at no cost to the patient.
Vaccines For Those Eligible will be offered on the following dates:
April 20 12:00pm - 5:00pm
April 21 12:30pm - 5:00pm
April 22 8:00am - 12:30pm
Additional vaccine clinic dates will be announced soon.

As the State of Wisconsin and BHS expand the vaccination process, please continue to wear a mask, social distance, wash hands frequently and avoid group gatherings to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
