The organization annually recognizes upcoming women leaders within their law firms and the broader legal and business communities in the Washington, D.C. region.

Jaramillo's practice focuses on complex antitrust matters including criminal and civil government investigations, M&A transactions, and complex litigation, including high-stakes class action defense. She regularly advises clients on enforcement matters before state and federal agencies, competition issues, and complex transactions that may be affected by antitrust statutes including Hart-Scott-Rodino. In addition, Jaramillo advises clients on compliance with U.S. and foreign anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations, U.S. sanctions and export controls, and foreign investment reporting requirements.
