6/4/2021 - Price correction factor for COTE SNG and SNN shares in BET-TR and BET-XT-TR indices starting with June 7

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with June 7, 2021:

• the price correction factor c_i,T for CONPET S.A. (COTE) 2020 dividends, which will be considered in calculating BET-TR and BET-XT-TR indices, is 1.081229.
  

• the price correction factor c_i,T for S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. (SNG) 2020 dividends, which will be considered in calculating BET-TR and BET-XT-TR indices, is 1.057910.
  

• the price correction factor c_i,T for S.N. NUCLEARELECTRICA S.A. (SNN) 2020 dividends, which will be considered in calculating BET-TR and BET-XT-TR indices, is 1.059433.
  

The value of c_i,T for COTE, SNG and SNN shares was determined according to article 4.2.4 of the BET-TR and BET-XT-TR management rules.
