How long have you been a member of the OceanFirst Bank team? What role do you play on the Bank Team? I will be with OceanFirst Bank for 17 years in May. My role is Trust Operations Assistant for the Trust and Asset Management Department.

What has been your favorite volunteer activity - and why? I have been volunteering at the food pantry located at my church, which is funded by The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties along with donations from local supermarkets, for just over a year. I understand the necessity of helping those in need and the impact that the food pantry makes in my community and surrounding communities.

What has volunteering taught you? Volunteering has taught me that there are plenty of people and families struggling to make ends meet and that I am one of the lucky ones. I have family and friends who love me, a roof over my head, food on my table and a job with co-workers who are wonderful. There are so many people out there who are in need of assistance, and I am happy to be able to help in any small way.

How would you spend a million dollars? I would invest the funds so that I could pay for my daughter's education, take care of my 91-year-old Dad, travel with family and friends, and also donate a portion.

Are you a traveler or a homebody? I am a traveler. There are so many places to experience!

Do you sing in the shower? In the car? Yes, not very well though! Carrie Underwood, I am not!

Are you a morning person or a night owl? A morning person. I prefer to get up early and get things done to enjoy the rest of the day.

What was the last thing that made you laugh? I recently went tubing, with my husband and daughter, down a spring in Florida for the first time in my life.
