Higher Education Council Secretary-General praises Nasser Vocational Training Centre

Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council (HEC) and Deputy HEC Board of Trustees Chairperson, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, received the Director of the Nasser Vocational Training Centre, Dr. Abdulla Al-Nuaimi, and regional Artificial Intelligence expert, Dr. Jassim Haji. Dr. Shaikha Rana appreciated the major role played by the Nasser Vocational Training Centre in the fields of education and training, praising its modern technology-based technical programmes aimed at enabling youth to pursue their university studies, as well as its vocational programmes aiming to qualify the graduates to join the labour market. She also praised the Centre's interest in teaching modern scientific disciplines that meet the present and future needs of the labour market. Dr. Shaikha Rana also lauded the multiple contributions of Dr. Jassim Haji, and his distinguished innovations in the field of technology and artificial intelligence, citing his valuable studies, research and publications. Dr. Al-Nuaimi and Dr. Haji expressed pride in meeting the HEC Secretary-General, and appreciated her continuous efforts to develop higher education. They also praised the Higher Education Council's cooperation with the education and training institutions and its support for them, wishing Dr. Shaikha Rana further success.
