Dechert Advises GIC on Joint Acquisition of Direct ChassisLink

Dechert represented GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, in the agreement to jointly acquire Direct ChassisLink Inc., along with OMERS Infrastructure and Wren House, from investment funds managed by Apollo and EQT.
