INDIAN MOUND, TN, January 21, 2022 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Adventure Boat & RV Storage, a 78,512-square foot facility located in Indian Mound, TN, according to Jody McKibben, first vice president and regional manager of the firm's Memphis office.

The facility features 136 units exclusively dedicated to boat and RV storage. Built in 2017 and expanded in 2018, the property still offers additional opportunities for expansion.
