Daniel Kaufman Quoted in New York Times
On May 11, 2022, Partner Daniel Kaufman was quoted in a New York Times article titled "New Majority Gives FTC a Chance to Push an Aggressive Agenda." Kaufman, who has served as deputy head of the Federal Trade Commission's consumer protection bureau, said that even with its new Democratic majority, the FTC will face significant challenges in trying to establish and defend new rules.
