EAM Solar ASA: Legal status update – Bolzano investigation

4 March 2021 Reference is given to the stock exchange notice of the 29th of October 2020 and 28th of January 2021, and the Q3 and Q4 reports 2020. EAM Solar ASA was informed yesterday that the Criminal Court of Bolzano, on the request of the Public Prosecutor, has decided that the Company's CEO, Viktor E Jakobsen, no longer is considered as a 'person of interest' (suspect) in the ongoing investigation. The Prosecutors office of Bolzano is investigating subsidy fraud against the State of Italy in relation to amongst others some of the power plants transferred to EAM Solar ASA from Aveleos in 2014. The Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime ('Økokrim') is fully informed of the change in status of the Company's CEO.
