Baseball Announces 2020 Schedule

KENNESAW, Ga.

- The Kennesaw State baseball program announced their 2020 schedule on Friday (Nov. 22), head coach announced.

The 2020 slate will feature 32 games at Stillwell Stadium, including matchups against Georgia and Georgia Tech.

The most successful coach in program history and one of the most accomplished skippers in the country, , now entering his 29th year at Kennesaw State, led the Owls to a 27-29 overall record, including a 11-13 mark in conference play last season.

KSU opens the season on Feb. 14 playing host to the Atlanta Classic Tournament versus St. John's University at 4 p.m. The Atlanta Classic features Cincinnati, who the Owls play on Saturday (Feb. 15) and St. Peters, who KSU plays on Sunday (Feb. 16).

The Kennesaw State non-conference slate continues with the Coastal Carolina Tournament, where the Owls will compete against West Virginia, Western Carolina and Coastal Carolina from Feb. 21-23. The Owls travel to Athens, Ga., to play UGA on Feb. 25 before playing host to Pennsylvania Feb. 28-March 1.

After a midweek game at Jacksonville State on March 3, the Owls will welcome Brown University March 6-8.

The final non-conference series will take place March 13-15 at Stillwell Stadium, when the Owls will take on Toledo.

KSU opens ASUN competition with a three-game series against Lipscomb at Stilwell Stadium on March 20-22. The Owls travel to FGCU, Liberty, and Jacksonville in conference play while hosting NJIT, Stetson, and North Florida.
