Russian peacekeepers provide round-the-clock control of the situation and the ceasefire regime in Nagorno-Karabakh

Servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent at observation posts ensure the safe entry and exit of vehicles and people through the Lachin corridor of Nagorno-Karabakh around the clock.

To carry out service at night, Russian military personnel of the peacekeeping contingent are equipped in Ratnik suits with reflective elements. Observation posts are equipped with modern LED floodlights and uninterruptible power supplies.

All observation posts for monitoring the current situation are equipped with modern outdoor video surveillance dome cameras.

At twenty-seven observation posts, Russian peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the situation and monitoring compliance with the ceasefire regime.

A peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation has been deployed to monitor the ceasefire and military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh.

In accordance with the agreements specified in the joint statement of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, from 00:00 (Moscow time) on November 10, 2020, a complete ceasefire and all hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh were announced.
