Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 2:49 AM, Troopers arrested Emilio D. Figueroa, age 18, of 87 Barstow Street, Third Floor Apartment, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty; 2.) Disorderly Conduct; and 3.) Unlawful Drinking and Misrepresentation by Underage Persons. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
