BJ's Restaurants, Inc.'s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at BJ's Restaurants, Inc., 7755 Center Ave., 4th Floor, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
