U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen to Host a Press Conference Following the G7 Finance Ministers Meeting in London, England

U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will host a press conference around 3:30pm British Summer Time on Saturday, June 5 following the conclusion of the G7 Finance Ministers meeting. The press conference will take place at Winfield House, Outer Circle, Regents Park, London and will be available virtually on Treasury's YouTube channel.

Secretary Yellen will address the outcomes of the G7 Finance Ministers meeting. She will also discuss the U.S. commitment to policy priorities to promote the global recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, including maintaining supportive fiscal policies, vaccine access and distribution, international tax, and support for low-income countries. Secretary Yellen will also address the importance of improving public health to prevent future pandemics and building greener and more resilient economies to meet the challenges of climate change.
