In August 2022, Vision Marine attended Groupe Beneteau's annual dealer conference in Cadillac, Michigan, which serves to inform Groupe Beneteau's global network of 400+ dealerships of new and upcoming innovative Beneteau products coming to market.

With North American dealership personnel in attendance, Alex Mongeon, CEO of Vision Marine, was a guest speaker as Vision Marine showcased the collaborative product launch of the fully electric 22" Four Winns H2E runabout powerboat through a detailed slideshow. The H2E, which will be equipped with Vision Marine's revolutionary electric E-Motion™ 180E (180 HP) outboard motor and associated powertrain system, will be the first ever fully electric performance powerboat presented to market, marking a momentous occasion for the boating industry.

The vessel will feature two high voltage, high density 700v batteries, manufactured for the exclusive use of Vision Marine within the recreational boating market. The battery packs have been custom designed to be similar to a typical ICE fuel tank, thus being able to fit in its place. A fully integrated inboard charger enables the user to simply recharge the boat via a 110v or 220v outlet found at virtually every marina or home garage. On a full charge, the 10 person Four Winns H2E exhibits 90 minutes of use maintaining average planing speeds, and 24 hours going 6-7 MPH.

Additionally, Mr. Mongeon spoke on the digital touch screen display, the first smart center console designed for the marine industry. The experience integrates a myriad of features, such as the on-board computer, mobile connectivity, a highly advanced maritime navigational system, an entertainment system, guard functionality providing security on and off the boat, and an automatic logbook providing trip history, fuel economy and weather forecast.
