SPIE France announces the appointment of four new directors

Frédéric Belsoeur has been appointed to the position of Director of Performance and Operational Support at SPIE France. Previously the Director of Administration and Finance at SPIE France, he will now carry out duties bringing together the Shared Services Centres, Real Estate, Logistics, Purchasing, the Vehicle Fleet, ERP , IT and Application Support. He will also continue as a member of the Executive Committee. Frédéric Belsoeur joined SPIE in 2003 as a Manager in charge of Administration and Finance in the Sud-Ouest region. From 2006 to 2012, he held the position of Financial Control Manager at SPIE Oil & Gas Services, before being appointed to the position of Director of Administration and Finance at SPIE Nucléaire. In September 2017, Frédéric Belsoeur joined SPIE France as Director of Financial Control and Information Systems, a position he held until 2018.

Nicolas Lefèvre has been appointed to the position of QHSSE Director at SPIE France and has become a member of the Executive Committee. Nicolas Lefèvre holds a DESS diploma (postgraduate) in environmental studies. He joined the Group in 2006 as QHSSE Director at SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest and then the Tertiaire division of SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire until July 2021. He most recently held the position of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Director at Loxam France.

Cécile Michard has been appointed to the position of Communications Director at SPIE France. She graduated from the École Supérieure de Journalisme de Lille with a Master's in Contemporary History before working as a journalist for France 3, France 2, M6 and the "C dans l'air" programme broadcast on France 5. Since 21 July 2014, Cécile Michard has been the Internal Communications and Corporate Content Manager for the SPIE Group.

Hervé Pécot has been appointed to the position of Director of Administration and Finance at SPIE France and has become a member of the Executive Committee. He holds an Executive MBA from the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry and he joined SPIE in 1988. He became Director of Administration and Finance at SPIE Communications in 2003 and then held the same position at SPIE Ouest-Centre. In June 2014, he took on the role of Director of Administration and Finance for the France reporting segment at SPIE. Since 2018, he has held the position of Director of Management and Financial Control.
