SAVANNAH, GA - Fort Pulaski National Monument will be closed to the public on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, while electrical work is completed. These much-needed upgrades are part of a project that is addressing electrical issues inside the historic fort and making park infrastructure more resilient to future hurricanes and other severe weather events. While the project runs through the fall, this closure is only expected to last the day. The Park anticipates re-opening on Wednesday, April 28th for regular business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Fort Pulaski National Monument is located on U.S. Highway 80, 15 miles east of Savannah. For more information, please visit the park website at www.nps.gov/FortPulaski or call (912) 786-5787.
