Nicole Brookshire quoted in WSJ on slowdown in IPO activity

Davis Polk partner Nicole Brookshire was quoted in The Wall Street Journal on the slowdown in IPO activity in 2022. She explained, "We went from the first quarter where we were buffered by hope that we could keep going. As the second quarter kept going, the last companies who thought they could still go in the third or fourth quarter are now saying, 'We're waiting until next year.'"
