7/1/2021 - Price correction factor for IMP shares in BVB indices starting with July 2nd

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with July 2, 2021, the price correction factor ci,T for IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A. (IMP) related to the share capital increase with 131,250,000 shares, which will be considered in calculating BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-BK and BET Plus indices, is 1,500000.

The value of c_i,T for IMP shares was determined according to article 4.2.2 of the BET management rules.
