US Route 62 in the City of Canton & Plain Township

(Monday, July 15 - Thursday, July 18)

Beginning Monday morning, July 15, at 3 a.m., Middlebranch Ave. between US 62 and 34th St. will be closed through Thursday morning, July 18 for paving. A detour will be posted.

US 62 eastbound between Harrisburg Ave. and Taft Ave. is reduced to one lane daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. for drainage repairs.

US 62 at the intersection of Harrisburg Rd./Middlebranch Ave. has various daily and nightly lane restrictions for drainage repairs and roadway widening. This $5.5 million project to re-align US 62/Middlebranch Ave./Harrisburg Rd. and 30th St. is scheduled to be completed by August 2020.

US Route 62 in the City of Alliance; Lexington & Washington Townships

(Monday, July 15 - until further notice)

Beginning on Monday, July 15, US 62 between SR 173 and Freshly Ave. and from Federal Ave. to McKinley Ave. This $900,000 resurfacing project is scheduled to be completed by late September 2019.

Interstate 77 and State Route 687/Fulton Rd. in the City of Canton & Plain Township

(Monday, July 15 - Tuesday, July 16)

Beginning on Monday, July 15 at 8 p.m. the following ramps will be closed intermittentlythrough Tuesday morning, July 16 at 5 a.m. for striping:

· The ramp from I-77 south to SR 687/Fulton Rd. The detour will be I-77 south to 13th St. east to I-77 north to Fulton Rd.· The ramp from US 62 west to I-77 south. The detour will be US 62 west to Fulton Rd. east to I-77 south.

· The ramp from US 62 west to SR 687/Fulton Rd. The detour will be US 62 west to I-77 south to 13th St. east to I-77 north to Fulton

The ramp from I-77 southbound to Fulton Rd. and the ramp from US 62 westbound to I-77 southbound has various daily lane restrictions for roadway striping.

SR 687 has various daily lane restrictions between 25th St. and Broad Ave. for roadway striping. This $3.8 million widening project is scheduled to be completed by late July 2019.

Interstate 77 in the City of Canton

I-77 northbound and southbound has various nightly lane restrictions between US 62 and SR 687/Fulton Rd. for pavement repairs. These restrictions will occur nightly between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. This $1.1 million pavement repair project in Portage, Stark & Summit Counties is scheduled to eb completed by mid-September 2019.

State Route 93 in the City of Canal Fulton

(Friday, July 12 - Sunday, July 14)

SR 93 between Locust St. and Milan Ave. is closed through Sunday, July 14, for the Canal Days Festival. The detour is Locust St. to Market St. to Milan Ave.

State Route 44 and US Route 30 in Stark County

(until further notice)

The following locations will have various daily lane restrictions for pavement repairs.

· SR 44 between just west of Georgetown Rd. and US 30.· US 30 between Trump Ave. and just east of SR 43.

This $1.1 million pavement repair project in Portage, Stark & Summit Counties is scheduled to eb completed by mid-September 2019.

State Routes 44, 153 & 173 in the City of Louisville, Nimishillen, Marlboro, Lexington & Washington Townships

The following routes have various daily lane restrictions for resurfacing and striping:

· SR 44 from just north of US 62 to St. Peters Church Rd.· SR 153 from SR 44 to Meese Rd.· SR 173 from SR 44 to east of US 62

This $3 million resurfacing project is scheduled to be completed by late July 2019.

Interstate 77 and US Route 62 in the City of Canton

(until further notice)

US 62 between Middlebranch Ave. and I-77 will have various daily and nightly lane restrictions for resurfacing. This $5.2 million resurfacing and bridge repair project is scheduled to be completed by late September 2019.

Interstate 77 in Jackson Township

(until further notice)

I-77 northbound and southbound from Shuffel Rd. to SR 241/Massillon Rd. has various nightly lane restrictions for resurfacing. These restrictions will occur nightly between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. This work is part of a $4.8 million resurfacing project and is scheduled to be completed in October 2019.

The following routes will have various lane restrictions for bridge repairs.

· Shuffel Rd. between Hossler Dr. and Freedom Ave.

· Mt. Pleasant St. between Lauby Rd. and Pittsburg Ave.

This $4.8 million project to resurface I-77 and perform bridge repairs is scheduled to be completed by mid-October 2019.

Interstate 77, US Route 62 & State Routes 21 & 619 in City of Canton; Villages of Navarre & Wilmot & Bethlehem, Jackson, Lexington, Marlboro, Sugar Creek & Plain Townships

The following locations have various daily and nightly lane restrictions for microsurfacing:

· US 62 from Holmes County to US 250.· SR 21 from the Tuscarawas County line to the village of Navarre.

This $3.9 million microsurfacing project on I-77, US 62, SR 21 and SR 619 is scheduled to be completed by early August 2019.

State Route 172 in the City of Massillon

(until further notice)

SR 172 between 1st St. and 3rd St. is closed though early September while the City of Massillon performs roadway construction. The detour will be 1st St. to Tremont Ave. to 3rd St.

State Route 172 in the City of Massillon and Tuscarawas Township

(until further notice)

SR 172 between Elden Rd. and 30th St. is closed through late July for a bridge replacement. The detour will be SR 93 to SR 241 to SR 21.

SR 172 just east of Deermont Ave. will have various lane restrictions for drainage repairs. This $700,000 bridge replacement project is scheduled to be complete by late August 2019.

State Route 619 in the Village of Hartville & Lake Township
(until further notice)

The intersection of SR 619 and Market Ave. is reduced to one lane in each direction. Motorists can expect delays in this area.

SR 619 between Hoover Ave. and Milan Ave. has various lane restrictions for roadway widening. This work is part of a $10 million project to widen SR 619 between Kaufman Ave. and Milan Ave. The project also includes the placement of roundabouts at the SR 619 and Kaufman Ave. and SR 619 and Kings Church Ave. intersections. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by late June 2020.
