**2022 Spring Field / Court Registration February 1 - 15th

The City is implementing a new registration process and enrollment period using the Webtrac online database. The system will NOT accept applications after February 15th. Paper applications will not be processed. The Spring playing season is March 1 - July 31st. Be sure to request all dates (including historic use) by February 15th. Historic priority reservations are based on the prior year's season/field/day/timeslot for which applications are received prior to the registration deadline. However, priority for historic field use will be lost if not applied for prior to the deadline of February 15th. Other important changes include the requirement to remit 20% payment, and attach a valid certificate of insurance in order to register. Please obtain and verify that your certificate of insurance meets the City's requirements, and is valid for duration of your reservation. Also, please ensure that you will be able to remit 20% payment online via VISA or MC.
