Today, Jan. 21, at approximately 10:50 a.m., the Tallahassee Fire Department (TFD) responded to a report of fire at Burger King on Park Avenue. Upon arrival, crews found smoke coming from the ceiling and worked to get the fire under control quickly.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, with an estimated damage amount of $250,000. The restaurant reopening time is currently unknown.
