Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:39 PM, Troopers arrested Jason Smith, age 36, of 7 Edna Street Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dean Street in the City of Providence. Smith was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 1:02 AM, Troopers arrested Andre Lopez, age 28, of 900 Post Road, Apartment #86, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs BAC .10 or Greater (Phase I BAC = .123, Phase II BAC= .124) -First Offense, The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West, in the City of Providence. Lopez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released to a responsible adult.

At 1:59 AM, Troopers arrested Ryan Dolan, age 28, of 22 Falcon Lane, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs B.A.C Unknown- First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of an E-911 call regarding an erratic operator on Route 146 South, in the City of Providence. Dolan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released to a responsible adult.

At 1:48 AM, Troopers arrested Abdelfattah Malki, age 45, of 725 Branch Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods less than $1500. The arrest was the result a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Malki was processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks, and held pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a probation violator.
