Upgraded stormwater utility billing website launches

The City of Peoria's new Stormwater Utility Billing Website has launched. The previous website was upgraded to improve user-friendliness and functionality.

With the upgrades, users MUST do the following before accessing their accounts on the new site:

1. All current Stormwater Utility Online Payment Portal users need to re-register.

a. Users will use their previous usernames and passwords when re-registering.

2. All autopay users will need to re-enroll in autopay.

a. Any stored payment information will need to be updated.

Autopay will not be effective until site users re-register their accounts and re-enroll. Users also should update any saved links to the new site.

The City is also now accepting payments by phone. Payments can be made by card or e-check by calling 309-233-0075. Anyone wanting to make a payment by phone will need their account and customer numbers.
