C.C.C. Tourist Enterprises Public Company Ltd announces that at the meeting of the Board of Directors, held on 19th May 2022, the following decisions were taken: 1. It was decided to submit a proposal to an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, for voluntary liquidation of the Company. 2. It was decided to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on Monday 20th June 2022 at 10:30 a.m., at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, in Limassol, to consider and, if it thought fit decides, to approve the proposal for voluntary liquidation of the Company. 3. The invitation for the Extraordinary General Meeting will be sent to the shareholders within the next few days, together with all the relevant information.
