co-built distribution method with Hung Ching Development & Construction
Co., Ltd.

The subsidiary, ASE Electronics Inc. ("ASEE") has not yet commenced the
co-build project with Hung Ching Development & Construction Co., Ltd.
for K17 plant. Both companies agreed to terminate the co-build project,
and the board of directors of ASEE resolved to terminate the co-build
contract on 2022/5/27.
