(1)The distribution date of cash dividends will be 2022/07/20
(2)Conversion of the fifth issue of domestic unsecured
convertible corporate bonds shall be suspended from 2022/06/09 to
2022/07/04.
(3)The Chairman is authorized to adjust the dividend payout ratio
according to the actual number of outstanding shares of the Company on the
ex-dividend record date, subject to the conversion of convertible bonds,
shares buyback, etc. The adjusted dividend payout ratio will be announced
seperately.
(4)Shareholders who have not carried out transfer registration procedures
shall contact the stock affair department of MasterLink Securities and
complete the procedures no later than 4:30 p.m., Wed., June 29, 2022.
