This year Snam enters the Universum Ranking, which assesses the most attractive companies for university students and young professionals.
Awarded at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan, Snam ranks both in the 'rockets' category - category composed of best new entries - and in Italian energy sector, reaching third place. The awards were collected by CEO Marco Alverà.
In the last year, Snam has intensified its commitment to employer branding, taking part in numerous initiatives organized by Italian universities to introduce students to business world. The company social media accounts offered a wide coverage of these initiatives. In addition, Snam was recently mentioned by LinkedIn as a successful business case for using the social network to attract and retain talent.
The survey by Universum Global, a leading Swedish company in the field of employer branding, involved 10,000 professionals and more than 40,000 students from 44 Italian universities.
