Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 11,500-Square-Foot Industrial Building

LEWISVLLE, TEXAS, October 20, 2021 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of 410 East Church Street, a multi-tenant, 11,500-square-foot industrial property located in Lewisville, Texas, according to Tim A. Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, along with Tyler Ranft, and Davis Cagle, both associates, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a repeat private investor, was also procured by Abushagur, Ranft, and Cagle.

"During the transaction, there was a dispute over the property line. However, the TAG team overcame the issue by negotiating an encroachment agreement with the neighboring property," said Ranft.

"This asset sold in less than 60 days at fair asking price to a local private industrial investor as partial sale-leaseback," said Abushagur.

410 East Church Street is located in Lewisville, Texas. The subject property is situated on 0.42 acres of land and was built in 1985.
