Notice on Application for Selection of “Prime Market” in New Market SegmentsNEW

Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corporation (MCHC; Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Jean-Marc Gilson) hereby announces that it received the results of the initial assessment from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter, "TSE") on July 9, 2021, which confirmed that MCHC meets the listing criteria for the "Prime Market."
Based on this result, MCHC resolved at its Board of Directors' Meeting held on November 10, 2021, that it will select the "Prime Market" as the new market segment and apply accordingly. MCHC has submitted application documents to the TSE.
