Harriet Fuller from the hotels team at Savills Exeter, comments: 'Boskerris Hotel is located in one of the most picturesque locations in the UK and while the G7 Summit will bring an economic boost to Carbis Bay, there is a longer term trend of operational outperformance of coastal and holiday destination hotels driven by the increasing popularity of staycations. We wish the new proprietors, who have every intention of continuing the customer service excellence of the current operation including retaining the key staff, every success at Boskerris with what should be a great start to their ownership for the Summer season ahead.'
