Updates include: Smoking and Vapor Device Policy, page 1; Revised Standard Order of Parenting Time, page 52. The pertinent revisions are provided for review purposes below. III. Security

c. The use or possession of tobacco, tobacco substitutes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers (vapes), or any paraphernalia capable of being used for such product use is strictly prohibited on court grounds or any court sponsored event. The prohibited area includes a 1,000-foot perimeter around the vicinity of the juvenile justice center.
