Harmony Community Development Corporation (CDC) and Council Member Zarin Gracey are hosting a Proclamation Reading Event. As we begin Mental Health Awareness Month, it is crucial to come together as a community to shed light on this important subject. By addressing mental health openly and compassionately, we can create environments that nurture well-being, resilience, and inclusivity. 

Attendees will learn about Harmony CDC's "no cost" counseling sessions for both youths and adultsnow available for Dallas residents and more.
