WHAT: Rep. K.C. Tomlinson (R-Bucks) will be hosting a press conference in Harrisburg with members of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Women's Animal Center, the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area (HSHA) and PA PitStop on House Resolution 402, which recognizes May 20, 2024, as "Rescue Dog Day" in Pennsylvania.
