Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 5:32 PM, Troopers arrested Naszell Pona, age 21, of 4 Vale Street Apt #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession With Intent to Deliver- Greater than 5 kilograms- Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Berkshire Street in the City of Providence. Pona was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned as a probation violator, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.

At 11:47 PM, Troopers arrested Delvi Vasquez, age 34, of 9 Ark Court, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs First Offense - BAC Unknown, 2) Four (4) Counts of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs Child Under 13 Years Old - First Offense, 3) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty and 4) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Vasquez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a Bail Violator, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Hector Maas, age 41, of 386 Georgia Avenue Apt. #3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown - Second Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurbers Avenue in the City of Providence. Maas was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a Bail Violator, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 6:20 AM, Troopers arrested Lance Gordon, age 34, of 56 Cherry Street, Fall River, Massachusetts for 1). Willful Trespass. The arrest was the result of Capitol Police contacting the barracks and advising they had the party in custody at the State House. Lance was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.
