BNSF Coal: Memorial Day 2024 Operating Plan

This year, BNSF will observe the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 27. Coal trains - both loaded and empty - will continue to operate according to normal schedules.

For interactive tracing 365 days a year, please use BNSF's Tracing web tool by logging in to the customer portal with your username and password and selecting the Trace tab on the Home page. If you have questions regarding a shipment(s), please utilize the Message Us feature on the BNSF Customer Portal (must be registered/logged in to access) or contact BNSF Customer Support at 1-888-428-2673.

Customer Support will maintain a limited staff on Memorial Day. Normal coverage will resume on Tuesday, May 28.
