Dollar General proudly announces its #91 ranking among the 2021 Fortune 500 list. Dollar General's 21-place jump into the Top 100 reflects the company's exceptional growth, which includes the Company's $33.7 billion in sales in fiscal year 2020.

'Our movement into Fortune magazine's Top 100 reflects the Dollar General team's commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and our communities over the course of 2020, helping us grow and further highlighting our focus as a purpose-driven company,' said Todd Vasos, chief executive officer of Dollar General. Additionally, the publication highlighted DG's increased focus on fresh food offerings and the rollout of pOpshelf, the Company's new-format store.
