Faroe Islands hosting NORDEFCO meeting

The Faroe Islands will hosting a NORDEFCO meeting on April29-30, which will convene the Nordic Minister of Defence, including ministers from Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

The meeting will chaired by Høgni Hoydal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Faroe Islans, and Troels Lund Poulsen, the Danish Minister of Defence, and aims to facilitate discussions on pertinent topics such as security in the High North, NATO, and support to in Ukraine.

The meeting is also expexted to see the formalization of a new vision for NORDEFCO.
