Patricia Loepker Named Head of Investment Products for Wells Fargo Investment Solutions

SAN FRANCISCO - Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced that Patricia (Patty) Loepker has been named head of Investment Products in Wealth & Investment Management's (WIM's) Investment Solutions center of excellence. Investment Solutions combines WIM's investment expertise, solutions, and product offerings to provide advisors with essential investment guidance and solutions to help their clients achieve financial success.

In her new role, Loepker will oversee all investment products for WIM, including advisory, packaged products, alternatives, retirement, insurance, and annuities. Her responsibilities include managing a best-in-class product platform as well as the control, risk, and advisor support functions. She will report to Darrell Cronk, chief investment officer for WIM.

"With Patty's background and leadership acumen, I'm confident that she will continue WIM's great work of ensuring that we have the best products available for our advisors and their clients," said Cronk. "In particular, her most recent experience as head of the firm's specialized portfolio management, investment implementation, and consulting efforts, makes Patty the ideal leader for this role and positions her to have immediate impact."

Loepker, a 35-year Wells Fargo veteran, was previously the head of Managed Solutions & Investment Implementation for Investment Solutions. She began her career in trading operations and has since held various leadership roles in advisory, portfolio management, investment consulting, platform marketing, and specialized advisory services. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University. Loepker is based in St. Louis.
