Join fellow equestrians on Saturday, October 2, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at Indiana Dunes National Park's West Beach, for a rare chance to ride on the beaches of Lake Michigan! BYOH (Bring Your Own Horse). No horse rentals are available. Due to the limited size of the parking lot and narrowness of the roads, large horse trailers cannot be accommodated. Trailers must be a 2-3 horse stall size. Reservations and a fee of $25 per horse are required and space is limited to 20 horses per session. The fee helps cover the extra expenses associated with this program. Please stop by the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center or call 219-395-1882 for more information and to make reservations and pay the fee.
