Notice of Sole Source Procurement

The City of Lebanon will be purchasing Toray pressurized hollow-fiber UF modules, HFU-2020N membrane cartridges for the Lebanon Water Treatment Plant. This will be a Sole Source Procurement to obtain the above mentioned membrane cartridges. Per City of Lebanon Municipal Code 3.04.090, the city is required to post on its website the intent to use sole source procurement.

The city is choosing Sole Source Procurement to maintain compatibility with the existing Toray HFU-2020N modules, utilize existing fittings, and connections currently in place at the Water Treatment Plant. The likely Vendor being used for this procurement will be H2O Innovation, Inc., an authorized distributor of Toray Membranes.
