Upcoming Public Hearing on Administrative Rule CR 21-108

​​The Department of Revenue is holding a public hearing on Friday, February 4 at 2:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on the proposed permanent rules revising Chapters Tax 7 and 8 relating to excise tax provisions as a result of revisions identified in the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules report submitted on March 26, 2019.

Interested persons are invited to make an oral presentation at the hearing. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department prior to or at the time of the hearing by sending the written comments to Jennifer Olson at [email protected].​

If you are not attending, you may submit written comments about the proposed rule order by February 4.
