Kuala Lumpur - PropertyGuru Group Limited (NYSE: PGRU) ("PropertyGuru" or "the Group"), Southeast Asia's leading^[1] property technology ("PropTech") company today announced the appointment of Kenneth Soh as Country Manager for Malaysia. Kenneth will oversee the commercial operations of the Group's leading property marketplaces in Malaysia, PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my. As Country Manager, he leads the growth mandate for both marketplaces and will spearhead strategies that deliver value to Malaysian property seekers and customer partners. Kenneth is part of PropertyGuru's Group Management Team (GMT) and will report to the Managing Director, Marketplaces of PropertyGuru Group, Jeremy Williams.

Kenneth brings a wealth of experience in commercial and operations leadership, with a proven track record of growing e-commerce businesses, leading large-scale digital transformations, and building high performing teams. Most recently, he served as the Director of Marketing, Growth, and Communications at Shopee Malaysia, where besides leading the topline commercial growth, he played a pivotal role in driving user growth, engagement and loyalty. Previously, Kenneth worked at McKinsey & Company and Schlumberger in Malaysia.

In driving the growth mandate, Kenneth will lead, mentor and represent the cross-functional Malaysia Leadership Team, and a team of nearly 400 Gurus across the country. Kenneth succeeds Sheldon Fernandez, who has been the Country Manager for the past nine years and will be transitioning from the Group on April 30.
