Ascential Acquires Majority Stake in ASR
Fried Frank acted as counsel to Ascential plc in its acquisition of a 51% stake in ASR Group Holdings (ASR). Ascential is a specialist information, analytics, and ecommerce company. ASR is a digital content optimization business. The acquisition is for an initial cash consideration of US$122 million, with an option to acquire two further 24.5% stakes in ASR.
