allocation of housing units method with ASE Electronics Co., Ltd.

ASE Electronics Inc. has not yet commenced the joint construction project
with the company for K17 plant.  After the board of directors of ASE
Electronics Inc. resolved to terminate the joint construction contract
on 2022/5/27, and the both companies agreed to terminate the joint
construction project .
