At Cambia, we are committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive organizational culture. Our value of diverse voices and perspectives reflects our commitment to producing innovative and inclusive health care solutions. That's why we are proud to sponsor events like the Diversity Career Symposium at the University of Oregon on February 13, 2018.
This career development event is for students and alums who identify with communities who have traditionally been underrepresented on campus and in professional settings, such as students and alums of color, students and alums who identify as LGBTQ, students and alums with disabilities, and student and alum veterans.
Whether you're a student or a working professional and are looking for a job or a career change, the power of networking can unlock startling opportunities and unexpected professional options. One of Cambia's very own, Fnan Berhe, will be doing some recruiting at the event as well. Fnan's story to Cambia has a deep connection to the Diversity Career Symposium because she was recruited to Cambia during a previous event and is now a Talent Acquisition Coordinator working in the Human Resources Department.
Fnan shares, 'I was introduced to Cambia through this event a few years ago. I was impressed with the work they were doing in the health care industry; paving the way through innovation, accessibility, and diversity. I'm proud to be attending the event this year as Cambia representative.'
At Cambia, we value the communities we serve, our members and our employees. We are committed to attracting top talent to serve our consumers, bringing together individuals with diverse talents, skills, backgrounds and abilities. We recognize that our team members not only contribute to the success of our organization but also assist in our goal of transforming health care from the inside out.
